A measles outbreak in the U.S. has grown to nearly 100 cases, prompting questions about how to stay safe. The outbreak is primarily affecting children and teenagers in Texas, nearly all of whom were unvaccinated. San Juan, Puerto Rico — Authorities in Puerto Rico are searching for a U.S. tourist they say got lost in the dense tropical rain forest of El Yunque in the U.S. territory’s east.
